If you are answering “I’m Fine” when people ask you how you are, or when describing the state of your relationships you say “we’re fine” then beware. Consider raising the bar, not only in your life but in your most important relationships. How do you do that? Fight boredom and status quo. Re-invent at all times and above all, Play Bigger!

So you’ve gone from giving poor economics advice (how’s that market looking now Greg?), to giving life coaching advice on the fly. I hate the CRTC, but sometimes I wish there was some regulation on the internet : )
Actually since you last commented and we last spoke a lot the market has risen back to pre-crisis levels as I predicted. In fact the market rose spectacularly from mid 2009 to mid 2010. Right now the market is entering a natural down cycle as we enter a sellers market. But of course now you will say, see I told you? Well sure if I keep predicting a correction in Real Estate for ever eventually I will be right to. As to regulation on the internet, here’s a thought unsubscribe if you dont like it?

I agree. When you are fine that is a begining of the end. Re-inventing oneself and taking chances is where we grow. Comfort zone is where we die. Unfortunately, for most of us being uncomfortable is not where we like to be.

I have been reading your blog – I’ve found that you are not only offering mortgage advice, but advice on life. I find this approach refreshing and usefull (since no one element in life can be isolated) therefore it is fitting that you try and help your readers not only in their financial areas, but in all areas. I am a mortgage associate, too, in Calgary – congrats on being broker of the year for 2009.
Thanks Trevor for your supporting comments. I have moved most of my “sales coaching” etc. to my Training and Coaching company 180 Degrees Coaching. YOu can find it and my blog over at http://www.doa180.ca. At this site I plan to expand my efforts in the coming year to balance the message. Trust me when I tell you the act of writing or vlogging is as therapeutic for me as it may be helpful for my readers. Thanks for being a reader, I appreciate you.
