Although a scary proposition losing another outlet for solutions to our clients, during my brief 8 years in this industry I have never known HSBC to be a innovator in our market. When was the last time we had an offer to meet with business development managers or a representative to teach us their product suite?
This solidifies the notion we have to hold tight to our broker friendly partners and foster and support those relationships going forward.
We like other industries are in the process of getting leaner and maybe trimming some of the grizzle on our steak.
